Image via WikipediaThe U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service celebrates today the completion of a new bridge within the Osage River Basin that will enhance habitat for the Federally threatened Niangua darter and improve driving conditions for Missouri drivers. The Service's Columbia Fish and Wildlife Conservation Office (FWCO) worked cooperatively with the Missouri Department of Conservation (MDC) to replace the Benton Branch river crossing over the Niangua River in Dallas County using funding provided by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009.Fly fishing for Trout in Missouri
