Raptor Awareness Program at Mastodon State Historic Site June 20

Mastodon State Historic Site will host a Raptor Awareness Program, presented by the World Bird Sanctuary, on Saturday, June 20. Sponsored by Missouri State Parks, the event will start at 3 p.m. at the picnic area off of Seckman Road.

Visitors will learn about the birds of prey, including falcons, hawks, owls and vultures, which call Mastodon State Historic Site home. Participants should bring a blanket or chairs for seating during the presentation.
