Visit mdc.mo.gov through your smart phone and other small-screen mobile device to access the mobile version. It's so simple that the website will automatically detect that you are using a device with a small-screen, such as a smart phone, and offer the option of the mobile version of the website. The mobile version gives users the option of viewing the full-browser version of the website.
